To ensure smooth operations and transparent customer communication, we have a clear and strict No Refund Policy. By purchasing any service, product, or entry pass from us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy – No Refunds

All payments made for services, passes, tickets, bookings, and products are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes:

Online and in-person bookings

Private events and group bookings

Workshops or training sessions

Gift vouchers or promotional credits

Merchandise, accessories, or RC models
We do not offer refunds for cancellations, no-shows, unused time slots, or customer-initiated changes of plans.

2. Missed Appointments and Late Arrivals
If you miss your booked time slot, or arrive late beyond your scheduled window, we regret that we cannot reschedule or refund your session. Activities are conducted in batches and require pre-planned coordination, and late participation disrupts both the schedule and the experience for others.

3. Rescheduling & Credits (In Rare Cases)
While our standard policy is non-refundable, under exceptional circumstances where we are unable to deliver the promised service due to internal faults (such as technical breakdowns, equipment failure, or staff unavailability), we may:

Offer rescheduling to a future date

Provide a credit note valid for a limited period (subject to management approval)
Such compensations are discretionary and will not apply to issues originating from the customer’s side.

4. Weather & Force Majeure
All our activities are conducted indoors or in controlled environments, and are unaffected by weather conditions. Refunds will not be provided for missed visits due to natural calamities, travel delays, illness, or personal emergencies. We recommend visitors plan ahead and arrive on time for their sessions.

5. Product Purchases & Returns
All merchandise sales are final. This includes RC vehicles, spare parts, kits, accessories, and souvenirs. Returns or exchanges will only be considered if:

The item was received in a defective or damaged condition

The defect is reported immediately at the time of purchase
All claims must be verified and approved by our support team on-site. No returns will be accepted after the product has been used or after leaving the premises.

6. Promotional Offers and Coupons
Discounted items, offers, and PlayPasses purchased during promotional campaigns are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These benefits are time-bound and cannot be extended, paused, or rescheduled once booked.

7. Fraudulent or Duplicate Transactions
In case of any duplicate transaction due to technical errors or failed payment gateways, please inform us within 24 hours with proper proof. After verification, if applicable, we may refund the excess amount or issue a store credit.
